Parking:

There is metered street parking on Figueroa and surrounding side streets, as well as a paid parking lot just behind the building (accessible via N Avenue 56 or N Avenue 57).

Please allow for time before your massage to find parking.

Finding the studio:

HELD is next door to Cookbook. Dial #213 at the intercom, and I’ll buzz you in. You’ll walk up one flight of stairs, go straight, turn right at the end of the hallway, and find HELD at the second to last door on your right. Please call if you have any issues finding the studio.

ADA Accessibility:

Because the building in which HELD is located is not ADA accessible, clients who can’t use stairs should reach out to Adam via call or text to schedule their sessions at their homes for no additional charge.

HELD is nestled in Highland Park on Figueroa Street’s historic Folliero Square. A lucky neighbor to Highland Park treasures! Villa’s Tacos, Tropical Juice LA, Kitchen Mouse, The Blind Barber, Goldline, Kinship Yoga, and so many coffee shops, vintage stores, restaurants, and bars. If you don’t live in HLP, I highly suggest you make time after your massage to explore the neighborhood.
